Listing Management

Call Genie provides tools to format and scrub listings for use in voice search, either through periodic updates or refreshes, or in real time. EVD may present listings using Text to Speech technology, and supports audio recordings of listings and other content for advertisers.

Location Management

EVD provides and maintains detailed location data optimized for speech understanding, including formal and informal names. Call Genie draws the information for each city from many different sources to provide excellent results at time of launch. After launch, Call Genie continues to refine location data through analysis of what people actually say.

Adaptive Tuning

Call Genie transcribes results of real-life calls, analyzes problem areas and continuously improves the semantic maps and location database to steadily improve understanding. This service is available free of charge to all customers with a valid software support agreement.

Audio Recording

Call Genie has professional recording facilities and voice talents to provide branding unique to each DA provider, and to assist advertisers in producing compelling voice advertising content.

Implementation & Support

Call Genie experts assist in all aspects of integrating EVD into an existing DA service, configuring, branding and tuning the service prior to launch. After launch, Call Genie provides ongoing software support.

Hosting

Call Genie provides a range of hosting options, from a full ASP model where Call Genie runs EVD in our state-of-the-art data centers, to a managed service offering where Call Genie supplies and manages software and equipment running in the customer’s data center.
