Agreement Provides Consumers With Relevant Local Mobile Search Results From YELLOWPAGES.COM

Toronto, Ontario and San Francisco, California, April 14, 2008 - Call Genie Inc. (TSX:GNE), a leading provider of local mobile search and advertising solutions, today announced a new listing and content distribution agreement with YELLOWPAGES.COM, a leading Internet Yellow Pages and local search directory and subsidiary of AT&T (NYSE: T).

Under the terms of the agreement, Call Genie will deliver YELLOWPAGES.COM local business listings and content through its distribution network in the United States.  This agreement will enable consumers to find and access relevant local search content, as well as provide YELLOWPAGES.COM advertisers with additional exposure through the millions of anticipated searches on Call Genie’s mobile local search and advertising platform.

Call Genie’s mobile local search and advertising solution allows ‘ready to transact’ consumers to directly connect with local businesses, ‘anytime, anywhere.’  With a focus on providing consumers with ‘a great search experience’ and local businesses with ‘a great advertising experience,’ Call Genie is ideally suited to provide consumers with relevant merchant results.
