Call Genie Closes BTSLogic Acquisition

Toronto, Ontario, November 12, 2007 – Call Genie Inc. (TSXV: "GNE"), a leading provider of localized, voice-enabled search solutions to wireless carriers, directory assistance providers and Yellow Pages publishers, today announced that it has closed its acquisition of BTSLogic Europe ApS ("BTSLogic"), a leading provider of directory assistance and operator workstation solutions.

The BTSLogic acquisition, which was announced on November 1, 2007, will allow Call Genie to expand its EVD business category product to include business name search as well as extend the company’s international reach throughout Europe and the Middle East.

'The BTSLogic acquisition allows us to offer a complete business search solution,' said Mike Durance, CEO of Call Genie. 'Our existing customers and prospects have been asking for an integrated business category and business name solution and we expect near term incremental sales from our combined customer base.'

Under the terms of the agreement, Call Genie paid $1.5 Million in cash for all of the issued and outstanding shares of BTSLogic Europe ApS.
