Call Genie Working with Telus on Localized Search In the United States

Call Genie Inc. (TSXV: "GNE"), the leading provider of localized, voice-enabled search solutions to carriers, directory assistance providers and Yellow Pages publishers, today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TELUS Corporation (TELUS), a leading national telecommunications company in Canada, for the use of its Enhanced Voice Directory (EVD) solution for business category search in the United States.

Under the terms of the MOU, Call Genie will provide TELUS with its EVD software and related services which enable companies to monetize business category search based on location, landmark, and relevance. Call Genie's search capabilities enhance existing directory assistance service, which is accessed by dialing 411.
