Call Genie Inc. (TSX-V: GNE) announced today that its former Chief Executive Officer, Neil D. Frizzell, has resigned from the Board of Directors.

Mr. Frizzell guided the Company through its formative period and helped put in place the foundation for the future growth of Call Genie. In July, 2005, he recommended that Mr. Michael Durance replace him and Mr. Frizzell continued to advise and serve on the Board.

"Neil provided a tremendous amount of value during Call Genie's critical foundation stages," according to Michael Durance , the Company's Chief Executive Officer, "and his experience, guidance and direction are greatly appreciated by the Company's shareholders. The entire Call Genie team thanks him for his contributions and wishes him every success with his upcoming endeavors."

In an unrelated matter, Call Genie confirmed that it granted options to Mr. Chris Shelton , Chief Financial Officer to acquire 200,000 common shares of Call Genie Inc at the time of his appointment on March 1, 2006. The options, expiring on March 1, 2011, are exercisable at $0.94 and were priced in the context of the market at the time granted.
