Michael Durance - Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mike Durance has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and software industries. Before joining Call Genie, Mike Durance was vice president and general manager of the Digital Solutions division of Toshiba America Information Systems. As leader and visionary of a number of business units, he was charged with bringing together Toshiba's telecommunications, imaging, hotspots, PDA and laptop technology into bundled mobility solutions. Prior to Toshiba, Mr. Durance was Corporate vice president of the Integrated Solutions Group for ADC Telecommunications, Inc., a data transmission products company. Prior to ADC, he was SVP of Global Consulting Services, Managing Director of Asia Pacific, and Vice President of Product Management and Deployment for Saville Systems, a telecommunications software company. Prior to Saville Systems, Mr, Durance held numerous senior management and International positions at Nortel Networks.

Chris Shelton - Chief Financial Officer

Chris Shelton is a senior financial professional with sixteen years of experience in all aspects of financial management and operations. His background includes the coordination and management of all financial activities in companies ranging from early-stage, entrepreneurial companies to a large multinational telecommunications firm. Prior to joining, Call Genie, Mr. Shelton was the General Manager of BigBangwidth Inc., a nanotechnology optical switch company. Prior to BigBangWidth, he was the VP of Finance and Administration for ADC Telecommunications Ltd., where he directed the financial and administrative operations of the Asia-Pacific Software Systems Division. Prior to the ADC, Mr. Shelton was the Vice President of Treasury and a part of the finance group that led Saville's Initial Public Offering on the NASDAQ. Prior to Saville Systems, Mr. Shelton was a Charter Accountant for Ernst & Young.

Mike Henderson - Chief Sales Officer

Mike Henderson has over 25 years of communications industry experience. Prior to joining Call Genie, he was the President of Telcordia Technologies, Global Solutions Group. Prior to Telcordia, Mike was EVP of Global Sales and Marketing for ADC's Software Systems division, where he was responsible for growth in the company's next generation service provider applications business as well as responsible for developing a strategic channel program with top-tier systems integrators, outsourcers and network equipment suppliers. Prior to ADC, he was co-founder and CEO of PCI, a venture-backed software company, and held senior executive positions with Frontier Corporation, Volt Data Resources, and Nortel.  He earned an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Rochester and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

Eric Fredine - Chief Technology Officer

Eric Fredine has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology fields. Prior to joining Call Genie, Mr. Fredine was CTO at BCE Emergis where he reviewed a diverse range of services at varying maturity levels and identified opportunities to integrate and rationalize services to commercial success. Prior to joining BCE, Mr. Fredine was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Billing and Customer Management at ADC Telecommunications, where he was responsible for over 1,000 professionals and in excess of $150 million in revenues from license and service sales. Prior to ADC, Mr. Fredine was SVP of Professional Services for Saville Systems and played a key role in the sale of Saville to ADC for approximately $700 million. Prior to Saville Systems, he held senior executive positions at ACI Worldwide and also worked for Nortel Networks and spent several years as a member of the Scientific Staff at Bell Northern Research.

Chet Chan - Senior Vice President of Client Services

Chet Chan has over 21 years of business solutions delivery, customer satisfaction attainment, operations and IT experience. Prior to joining Call Genie, he has held executive positions in solutions delivery, customer satisfaction, project management office, quality (ISO), management consulting and information technology with international consulting firms and companies.

Alex Blodgett - Vice President of Corporate Development

Alex Blodgett has over 20 years of corporate finance in Canada, the U.S. and Asia. Prior to joining Call Genie, he was formerly a partner with Gordon Capital Corporation in Toronto and Vancouver, a Canadian investment and merchant banking company. In addition, he was the President of Gordon Capital's real estate research and consulting firm, which provided services to North American and Asian companies.Prior to Gordon Capital, Mr. Blodgett was Vice President of Corporate Finance with Bankers Trust Company in New York, Dallas and Los Angeles, with emphasis on large-scale project financing and management leveraged buyouts.
